I cannot recommend David DeFoore and his exceptional team enough. Exceptional doesn't seem adequate. With a 2 1/2 year divorce with many nuances and challenges, they excelled for me. They also didn't charge me for all the nit and ninny that was caused by the opposition's lawyer. When you see David in court, you realize very quickly that it's money WELL spent. He fights for YOU. Compared to the opposition lawyer in my case, David made them look like a simpleton. Actually he clearly proved it a few times in court. David and his team are smart, understanding and fair to you as a client. I will continue to recommend the DeFoore law firm to others.

I highly recommend you do not use this Attorney. He will Not fight for you or even give you what you need to fight. He will get you signed during his initial consultation phone call with lies. He will even tell you that he will get the other side to pay your legal fees, but then do absolutely nothing. I used him for a divorce. I received no direction, never a call back or email addressing my concerns or answering my questions . When he did call you after numerous emails and calls, he expected you to have documentation he never instructed you to obtain. He would cut you off on any questions talking over you. Disrespectful. I basically did everything myself. He showed up at mediation with no knowledge of my case , and only at that time , would he review documentation. He charged me to go to Court but then told me “I wasn’t a good witness”. I did not get that money back . Absolutely terrible experience on top of a terrible experience. I was only asking for 50% and he didn’t even get me that. Don’t waste your money on this one. Divorce settlements will determine your future. A competent lawyer is what you need. David DeFoore is not it. Fight hard and don’t use this one. I wish I had dropped him and found another.

Mr David Had 0 communication whatsoever from the day I retained all the way until the court date I never spoke with the man. Come court day he didn’t even know who he was looking for he had no image of me to know what I looked like, Luckily I knew what he looked liked to approach. Come court date after months of waiting, David had to drop me as a client finding out he had consulted with the other party over the same case. I don’t think he ever personally looked at the case to miss such a simple mistake. Or it was simply an expensive obvious mistake in all. If you are in a rush to make things happen just to waste time this is not the place to invest your money!! However he did give me my full refund

Took my money and didn’t do nothing for me and they never answer the phone or keep in touch. Paid him 10k to take a last minute divorce case and he was just like the other 3 lawyers that didn’t help me at all. Needs to be a new law that lawyers don’t get paid until service are rendered and I bet they will do their job and I bet will keep in touch at all times.

Mr. David DeFoore was incredibly helpful and effectient! He was patient, listened well and was thorough in his efforts and investigation! There was good communication, understanding, and trust! Combined with the paralegal and secretary they are a top notch team, very friendly and knowledgeable!! The case turned out favorable due to his efforts and I'd highly recommend his service!! His work is highly appreciated and respected!! Reccomend for legal needs.

David DeFoore represented me not only in the case he was hired to do but also gave some representation with other counties where I had charges, collaborating with them, as well as advising me on some steps to take in order to produce the best outcome. He is a life saver and I'd recommend him to anyone seeking a great attorney.

Very poor communication. Doesn't reply to emails or voicemails hardly at all. Was told that since our case never went to court in front of a judge that we would get a refund of the some of the money and when we sent email asking about it was told we wouldn't get anything back. We never received a copy of the final orders filed with clerk that we had asked for and was part of the cost.

I could not have made a better decision going with David. A potentially life changing issue and David couldn't have done better. When I spoke with David the first time (1st lawyer I called) he told me to call around and talk to other lawyers but he was certain I would go back to him. And he was right, the professionalism brought me back as well as the confidence he carries. Also, watching other lawyers in or around the courthouse made me feel confident with David representing me. 100% the best decision I have made!
