CT Judicial Branch Division of Public Defender Services assigned Esq Foolu as a 'special' under contract with the State as my forced criminal defense Attorney in 2014- 2016. 11 false charges out of Torrington were transferred to Waterbury GA from GA 18 despite that court lacking jurisdiction.
