I would not recommend David Newcomb. I reached out and made an appointment for disability insurance and I asked what I should bring to my first appointment. When I arrived, he told me he couldn’t do anything for me because I didn’t have the information he needed with me. Even though I specifically asked what to bring and he only said to bring resume and list of doctors and specialists. He also said I would be denied without attempting to help me with the process. I have since reached out to another firm and am being pleasantly taken care of. He was completely wrong in his accusations and was very rude. I wish I hadn’t wasted my time with David Newcomb!!

David is so kind and willing to work with his clients. He is incredibly smart but is able to explain topics in "plain language" so older people like me can understand, lol! David helped with each step of the application process and we won my disability case! Don't waste time on other law offices, call David Newcomb today!

What can I say. Nothing but GREAT things about this attorney! I made so many calls to lots of social security disability attorneys, and not one would work with me as I was already established with disability pay. Most attorneys work with people first time applying for disability and won't with established. Not David. He was more than willing to help me. We made an appointment to meet in his office. He sat down and talked to me about the process of going through appeals as SSI was taking away my disability. David suggested things that I should do, that would help in my appeal. I followed all the advice he gave me. I WON MY APPEAL! I cannot say enough about how grateful and thankful I am to have made the call to David. He's a small practice attorney with a big heart. I just went there today in extreme distress middle of a meltdown. Said he wouldn't see me or help me in that condition. Turned away people he's supposed to help? I've been needing to get on disability for years now and needed that help today. I'll never get disability people make it impossible for those who are autistic!
