David Resnick and his associates are the number 1 law office, not just in nys but around the globe . They handled my case with love and care. After I got injured due to a poorly repaired sidewalk (With a left over knuckle ridge you could not see) my foot hit the bump. I flew into the ground and dislocated my elbow. I ended up in the hospital, with a cast for a month and many months of pain and rehab. I had not thought of suing but then a friend did advise it and I found David and frankly I'm glad that I did. Being a smaller firm they can give you attention and focus you may not get elsewhere. They also took my case which other firms may not have. My case was not a million dollars but the settlement that I achieved (which I think was the highest possible without a court trial) will enable me to hopefully better my retirement and compensate me for the loss of wages. The firm, with every employee included, was respectful and sensitive and timely. Mr. Resnick, who is a very experienced attorney in this field, said the magic words when he interviewed me. He said, "I will do right by you Roberta". And without further elaboration on the details, he certainly did. You definitely should consider him for your personal injury case.
