You received a great settlement that you were happy with at the time. As for the undisclosed costs that you are referring to, this is not a cost from me. This is a medical bill that you had, and that you failed to disclose to me at the time of settlement. No attorney can advise you about medical costs that you failed to disclose to them. I am surprised you are upset about the settlement you received but, nonetheless, wish you nothing but the best moving forward.
