I recently filed a long term healthcare claim with our insurance provider. For months the provider continually denied our claim citing all kinds of reasons. I typically do my best to resolve my own issues and avoid attorneys whenever possible. After being out matched by the insurance company, I decided it was time to enlist the service of an attorney. After calling several different law firms, a respected criminal attorney referred me to Brian. Upon meeting Mr. Davidson, I knew I was talking with the right guy. After one meeting he went to work on my case. Almost immediately he was able to get the insurance company to comply. Shortly thereafter, the insurance checks were in the mail! His firm may appear small. He's certainly not the biggest. Based on my experience, I would call his firm "the right size"! His clients are people, not a number. It's Quality over quantity. Hands down the best attorney. While everyone else told me my case was basically a lost cause, because I originally went to trial without an attorney thinking I could fight this fight myself.
