Horrible experience. paid 2500 for a time sharing modification. 2 months past and nothing was filed at court. Complete waist of time. I wouldn’t recommend using them.

paid a $2,500 initial retainer for representation regarding a modification to the order of days in my timesharing agreement (the total number of days was not changing). After fully explaining my situation, the attorney accepted the case and indicated it was viable. Months passed and no documents were filed on my behalf. I was later told they did not believe I had a strong case, despite previously telling me that I did. This was extremely frustrating after committing significant financial resources. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business with this law firm.

Mr Douglas is the best lawyer for family law in all of Florida! I would highly recommend him for anything to do with child custody battles and for divorces! He helped me settle when no one else would and helped me get full custody of my kids when no other lawyer could in years! You wont go wrong with having a him as your lawyer at all!!

Since 2018 i have tried to get an injunction for Domestic Violence and it was always denied, they helped me get a Permanent one and thats when i realize i was being represented by the best! This firm is a scam, once you pay them they wont file any motions for you, even though their contract states that you have unlimited services for the month. Not professional, my attorney was a young a not very smart lawyer named Dorean Gonzalez, not knowledgeable on my case after 2 months of contract, did not know the basic details of my case or the law, and now are not answering emails, no accountability even after a clear misrepresentation and clear breach of contract.

Anything related to family court can be stressful, emotional, and frustrating. Attorney Malenfant and Lindsey were amazing during the whole process. I hired Attorney Malenfant to assist me with a Petition of Modification of Timesharing and child support. From the first phone call, Attorney Malenfant was professional yet personable and made me feel confident not only in his ability represent me and the best interest of my kiddo, but that I would be happy with the end result. Unfortunately, my case took about three times longer than we expected but Attorney Malenfant Lindsey remained diligent and determined to move my case as quickly as the courts would allow. My case went to trial where Attorney Malenfant was professional and confident in his abilities and the stressful day turned out as well as I could have hoped for. While no one truly “wins” when it comes to family court, the outcome was a good as I could have hoped for and I was satisfied with the results. Thank you Attorney Malenfant and Lindsey for all your hard work and dedication.

Very bad experience. The only good thing about This law firm is the Low retainer fee, however, they will not start working for you until they have collected at least $6000. I would have given zero stars. My divorce was no children involved only property.
