Friendly staff, very inviting office ,

I called 3 weeks ago and requested a copy of my mothers will. The woman was really nice and said she would mail a copy to me. It's been 3 weeks and I still haven't recieved it.

BEWARE ELDERLY!!! Davis and Neal employ a lawyer named Alec Brown who helps with wills for the elderly at the Council on Aging in Baldwin County Alabama. My 87 yr old Grandmother was recommended to hire Mr. Brown to compose a will for her. She was quoted $150 dollars by Mr. Brown for a will. She was quoted by Mr. Brown's secretary $150 dollars for a will. When Mr. Brown completed the simple 2 page will he gave my Grandmother a bill for $225 dollars. My Grandmother is on a fixed Social Security income and had to save 2 months to pay the original quoted price of $150. She offered that $150 to Mr. Brown and he rejected it and took her completed will back to his office. Now my Grandmother is without a will again. I would not recommend this office to anyone else. And the fact that they are supposed to be HELPING the elderly is a disgrace.
