Where do I begin! This review is long overdue! I truly had SUCH an amazing experience with this law firm. Attorneys Alexia Davis Payne and Kimberly Wilder both represented me in what was the most difficult & painful 3.5 years of my life. Without going into any details of my situation, I needed an attorney that handled child custody and one that had experience in domestic violence cases. Both of my cases were difficult and I was in need of representation fast. My brother contacted Davis Chapman & Wilder law firm on New Year’s Eve/Day weekend and received a call back before the weekend was even over. Ms. Davis was extremely knowledgeable in child custody and was aggressive in the courtroom! She showed up when I needed her to and she guided me every step of the way. There were multiple hearings held in my child custody case and Ms. Davis navigated each one very very well. Ms. Kimberly Wilder represented me in my criminal case and boy was she a pit bull in the courtroom!! I had bond hearings held and Ms. Wilder was able to get me bond. I had a trial date set about 3.5 years later but wanted to try for an immunity hearing. In the end, I got the outcome I was hoping and praying for. From the beginning, Ms. Wilder was 100% real and honest with me. When the time came for my scheduled court date that happened most recently- Ms. Wilder was completely immersed in my case and treated me like I was a member of her family that she was fighting for. Daycare injury case went to this office and for some reason it takes over a year for a case to be settled. Provided all the information and even my daughter personal information was shared in good confidence. Nothing has been recovered from my expenses and I’m pretty sure at this point nothing will be recovered. My suggestion to anyone using this firm for personal injury is, don’t sign anything giving them the ability to hold any funds because it’s clear they have unclear intentions.
