My brother and I are suppose to receive a settlement from our late father (he was suppose to get the settlement but he passed) four years ago they contacted us and told us about this. So this past Nov 25 they sent out a paper for us to sign we did then when I reached out in late December 25 to check the status Julie told me it was in recipient of affidavit and it would take up to 90days tried to reach out again when the 90 days was almost up and haven’t got a email or call back at all at this rate prob be another 4yrs before I hear anything else from them !

I saw a commercial regarding the rx medication Truvada. It was about suing the manufacturer because of the drug. They accepted my response and took my case. Person assigned to me was Mary. She told me she thinks I had a great case against the manufacturer. I lost 5 teeth. My spine was deteriorating. I had to have screws in my neck. All because of this medication. I kept calling Mary asking about progress. She kept assuring me everything is going as planned. Weeks go by. I called Mary and asked if I should contact a local attorney to try my case because the deadline to file was 6 weeks away. Mary said I'll get more money using them. She lied and time ran out. I could've won this lawsuit. Don't trust them or Mary. I can't believe they let time run out without telling me I should use someone else. Liars.

I’m in a very stressful situation and the receptionist had a rude demeanor. She SEEMED to have no interest in anything but dismissing me as soon as possible. She said “They don’t do that.” First of all, any lawyer can point a customer in the correct direction. NO INTEREST THOUGH.Then she proceeded to hand me a card. I wondered why, perhaps pointing me in the right direction. I got to the car and looked at the card. It was “Mr. Sandless Wood Floor Refinishing”. I took a picture of the “DAVIS & CRUMP. PC. ATTORNEYS AT LAW” window sign. Wouldn’t go back if offered for FREE. It’s not difficult to avoid this type of review but….Stupid absentee Landlord unprofessional Mississippi ignorance.
