Hello. My name is Alicia Akins. I'm the wife of Devin Akins. This law firm handles my husband's case. My husband was supposed to receive his check from worker's comp through this law firm today and he didn't receive it. He was told when he called that his check has been suspended pending a hearing. No one called and warned us of this. We don't have anyone to turn to for help. How are we going to pay our bills? We have no money saved up. I am truly afraid. I hope the hearing is very soon.
