Abby was assigned as a public defender for the case. She NEVER called me back or answered my emails. She was always unprepared for the court dates. She would meet with us about 5 minutes before court, I would ask what to expect, she would go talk to the PA and then come back and say what could possibly happen. She NEVER talked with the client regarding the charges to hear their side of the case against them. She is a very sad example for defending the innocent. Just a word of caution.

I was up against a literal Bully/Narcissist. This team of Ashley and Gary took on my case without hesitation. I cannot express just how their personal, vigorous, professional, and excellent character this Firm used as they went to battle for me in truth and justice. They communicated excellently keeping me informed, keeping me one step ahead of what was coming up next and we/they where prepared! My goal was to only have or get my fair share and not be ripped off by my EX. They delivered ! I am forever grateful to Ashley and Gary. If you ever need to be represented WELL. Chose this Law Firm.

My stuff should have been simple. My ex was in and out of jail and they had ample time to serve her. I spent two days off work getting them documents so they could serve her in jail. Spent over 250 on documents within the first 24 hours. My kids were living with me 100% and I wanted child support stopped. I wanted them to right the wrong with health and welfare so that I wouldn't be still paying my ex wife money when she didn't have the kids. Paid them $2000 cash on the first day I met them and followed up with a 3000 paid to my client portal. They never put the $2000 into my client portal. The only thing they did was get me temp custody. Being a single dad is bad enough but the fact I was paying someone child support that didn't have my kids. Is the problem with this state. So they stopped it but I am still a single dad paying money to someone that is on drugs and now locked in a mental institute. So they will tell you custody cases only cost 3500. I overpaid and I'm not continuing with them because they never actually listened to what I wanted. They acted like they knew and then just did what they wanted. They even got the last court date wrong. They told me it was in person and it was supposed to be on zoom. So they didn't finish my case and since I'm not continuing with them they are billing me an additional 1400. When in reality they owe me money. They didn't finish the case or do anything really that the judge wouldn't have done for me if I represented myself. So they didn't listen to what I wanted during initial consult then failed at serving her even when she was in jail and easily seeable. They wasted time on sending someone to a court date to serve her at one of her criminal cases that was listed as online zoom court date. So pretty much just ate up money from a single dad trying to keep his kids safe from a crazy and drugged out ex wife. I wouldn't recommend to anyone due to them just treating my case like it didn't matter. After my two custody date I lost all faith with them as they didn't do anything to offset the past 3 years I'd been paying child support for kids my ex didn't even see. They went from me being pumped up to me losing faith in this system. It was all about the money and that is reflected in the service I received. So I paid them 5k and they virtually did nothing.

Abby and her team did a great job for me. She made sure my interests and assets were covered short and long term.

Ashley Hill at Davis & Hoskisson PLLC represented me in my Divorce Proceedings and did not disappoint. She is excellent at what she does. In a long battle that felt never-ending I will say that I felt heard by her and that she genuinely listened and cared. Would absolutely recommend!
