Contacted the firm for help obtaining reimbursement for my damages that remain unaccounted for due to plaintiff's dismissal and my ex-lawyer improperly closing my case afterwards. After being unable to get ahold of the Paralegal I needed to speak to, another Representative stated he would do my intake. He stated that the firm doesnt handle legal malpractice cases unless its related to medical malpractice. He advised me to try a tort Lawyer who handles evictions. His ignorance is dumbfounding, as I had stated the case is closed and there was & never will be an eviction. I told him my purpose in seeking help now is because the landlord overcharged rent and I prevailed therefore im legally entitled to damages. But he stated that damages arent injuries unless I went to the hospital. So whoever is reviewing reviews for the firm, yes, your "3.0 Google Rating" is about accurate.

I have given Davis Law a 5 star, first and foremost, because they were willing to take my case. Prior to this, I had been unsuccessful in finding representation. My injury, though in terms of financial loss was minimal, the personal strain was major. Secondly, but of greater gratitude, is the exceptional attention given by Jonathan Ocampo, paralegal.
