Nanda's firm is AWESOME in how they handle your case. Her goal is to be the most prepared person in the court room and follows through in great detail. Nanda is an excellent communicator, listener, problem solver, and adviser over the phone, via email, and face to face meetings. Nanda is a great coach, personable, and very serious, but can also have a great sense of humor that helps a LOT in tense situations. She is a joy to work with and very rewarding to bring your most emotional, difficult life challenges, whether in custody, divorce or even CPS matters. Nanda will talk you off a ledge, look out for you financially, (if she can find a way to save you $2,000 she will). She is worth every dollar you spend and she is VERY honest and forthcoming in her billing and provides excellent detailed statements so you know how and where your money is going. She also will discuss with you options along the way for your case, pros and cons of all courses of action. Davis Law Practice helps clients wherever they are, and has the STRONG desire to WIN, and you may even enjoy the process working with her and her Team. I sure did. Side note: the more documentation you bring to Nanda as her client, the more ammunition you bring to the table and the better choices Nanda has to pick which angles to approach, which arguments will stick better, etc. Don't ever be afraid to ask her to explain what or why she recommends something or tell her you don't understand and ask her to explain the reasoning. She explains things very well and is more than capable to tell you the truth, in a professional, and firm, but encouraging manner. Nanda also accepts client input and adjusted her approach many times when I found very compelling reasons we needed to. She seems to want her clients to fully understand what she's looking at so they can be confident with her and be confident in yourself in your time in front of the judge. Nanda is very very good at helping you prepare to testify, if needed in your case. Nanda will help you focus during preparations and is a FAST and STRONG thinker in trial and will communicate with you on the fly if she sees something or needs some info from you during all the courtroom activities. Preparation in advance pays big bucks so to speak so take very seriously gathering documents, pictures, statements, keeping logs, details, etc for your case. Binders of hard copy papers, pictures, digital files, emails, etc. Her office is very very good at sorting through all the evidence. Nanda, is half attorney, half therapist, half detective. If you take an ACTIVE role in your case you will go very far with her. I've worked with her on 3x seperate family court matters, including custody, divorce, and CPS matters. Five out of Five stars.

Working with Nanda was amazing! I felt from the very beginning that she had my back. She was supportive while also being realistic and up front. Davis law practice was a God send to me and my boys. Nanda made herself familiar with my boy’s diagnosis so she could better represent me. She made sure my boys was kept safe and thier best interest was always top priority. She prepared me for court. I had hired a another Attorney who only made deals without consulting me and put my boys in danger , I was definitely upset and did not know what to do. A friend suggest Nanda and all i can say is she was the best. She was always concerned for the boys well being.

The worst $35,000+ I have ever spent. Just because you're paying an attorney $450 per hour does not necessarily mean that they are representing you. Sometimes they're just going through the motions. 100% do not recommend. Furthermore, I absolutely would not take her recommendation for a guardian ad litem.

I 100% recommend Nanda Davis. I had a bad experience with another Family attorney, she took over the case and helped me navigate the process smoothly and with a lot of knowledge. It was a difficult divorce and custody case, where children’s and businesses were involved, we worked along with a business attorney recommended by Nanda and MR. David didn’t disappoint either, even helping me realize my rights and guided me the right path. Hopefully I won’t need to hire Nanda again, lol. But I’ll do it again without hesitation. She listens, empathizes and guides you with a lot of communication back and forth. Thank you Nanda and team 💕
