I have been in a mental health and substance abuse center since 8/3. I reached out to Mr. Davis a week or so later. At that point he said he would gladly represent me. Over the course of the next month I sent him the documents he requested. I did not hear from him for 4 weeks. So I reached out to him once again on 11/13. At that time he apologized and said he would send over some contracts and to worry about getting better, and he would worry about my disability case. On 11/19 i once again reached out because I hadn’t heard from him. He apologized again and said he would send the contracts that afternoon. On 11/20 at noon i still had not received the contracts so I emailed him. At that point he told me (after leading me along for over 8 weeks) he could not represent me. That I had to high of my expectations. I don’t even know how to respond to that!! I expected him to do what he said he was going to do. Nothing more nothing less. Now I’m in the middle of my recovery and I’m forced to start looking for another lawyer, now with very little time left before it’s too late to file. This man has absolutely painted me into a corner. A real class act! Take my advice don’t waste your time with this man. He’s is an absolute bold face lair!!!!

I hired Davis Olszeski a year ago to handle my disability claim. I had been being paid my disability and due to the company selling to the next Insurance company they wanted to "clean house". They try to scare a person by saying they are cancelling your disability or try to give you a minimal portion payout, but if you calculate the time you should be paid and what they are offering it is insulting. There are Lawyer firms that handle just Short-Term Disability claims. Contact them and discuss if you have a case, it's better to check than just let the insurance companies treat you like just a number!! In my opinion that is Davis Olszeski, Adam was willing to meet us, so we didn't have to drive to the downtown office, and he was very understanding and explained everything very thoroughly. He didn't once use terminology that was way over or scope of understanding (Thank you Adam). It is worth your time to contact them. Thank you again Adam!!!
