I was involved in an accident in August. I had been dealing with very unaccommodating adjusters for months. Both my insurance & the other parties had been very difficult. After months of trying to provide proof that my claim was worth more than they were willing to give me, I got Mina on my case… In less then 24hrs he was able to do what I could’ve never done myself. Mina had insurance settle the claim in full. Crazy!! I called him yesterday and agreed to have him represent me. Today he calls me & tells me it’s done! And it’s the full amount!! Over 5x what they were trying to get me to agree to!! It’s also worth mentioning that right after my accident, the other party offered me a very low number & I accepted it, not aware of what I was signing, nor was I aware of my injury at that time. They held it over my head, that I had already excepted this money & because of this most lawyers were not willing to take my case. Mina heard my grief & got straight to action. I’ve actually never seen anything like it in my life. I recommend him 10000% & will be telling everyone I know so that, God forbid they are in an accident, the they get the assistance needed. Best lawyer by far! I was in my residency and stopped at a red light when a car hit me and totaled my car. Mina took great care fighting for me and was able to settle with my insurance company for $100k! I was able to buy a brand new car. As you can imagine, it was extremely stressful dealing with a car accident in residency but the process was so smooth because of him. I’m extremely thankful for the hard work he put in for me. Oh, and he was able to waive all the medical bills from the various doctors appointments, including MRIs. I didn’t pay a penny.
