I have great negotiating skills & want ALL of my money 😅HOWEVER, the at fault insurance company tried to deny liability so I hired this firm. BEST DECISION EVER! I’m settling my case with disappointment & regret. Never feeling like a priority to my attorney and never experienced their aggressiveness the firm promotes. I really Wish I had The chance to experience the great service which others have experienced. Stephen was my attorney and I’m completely heartbroken and dissatisfied with the services I received. From the start I expressed How important communication is and it will give me a peace of mind during the case. I repeatedly had to ask for updates. Being explain how the process works I was Ensured he will keep me up to date weekly if any updates was to occur. He did not. In fact I did most of the reaching out. We finally made it to Mediation. Which was a complete nightmare, which I expect in which I was also made aware of from Steven. It’s not a walk in the park. Understood. But what I did expect from Stephen was for him to have my back and my best interest. Mediation he did not There was still some medical records that needed to be presented. I’m still in the midst of treating and Stephen told me that I need to go get those records And he will gladly reschedule the Mediation which meant for me another long drawn out process. It’s already been over a year and a half. That was my last straw, amongst still sitting here waiting for this to be closed out. I was STRONGLY encouraged to settle my case being he wasn’t confident going to a jury. It’s now been 28 days since my mediation and I still haven’t received a disbursement.
