On October 10, 2024, I retained Daytona Defense Attorney to cover a case that had not yet been filed. I paid the $4000 retainer fee upfront. Itturns out the charges never did get filed and so I let them know that they didn’t need to do anything, and if I can get refund, that would be Fantastic. They then agreed over the phone to give me back $2500 of my $4000 even though they didn’t do one thing. This was December 24, 2024. I’ve yet to see a dime in now. The guy in charge his name is Jeff over there is telling methat he never said $2500 and he’s only gonna give me back $2000 even though they didn’t file one paper or do anything for my case the case didn’t exist it was never filed

On 2/15/25~ I was wrongfully & aggressively arrested by 3 officers that violated my civil rights & refused to acknowledge my legal rights with our Admendments as Good Citizens Therefore I was wrongfully arrested with 3 counts of felonies 2 counts misdemeanor I knew then I needed a legal trained Pro Lawyer to help Me out on this Nightmare of Wrong! 3 appts & opinions with Lawyers was enough to make an Informed decision on Why I chose Mr.Higgins over the other 2 lawyers~ 1st Lawyer was a free consultation yet... rude, arrogant,boastful & double the cost on being hired! 2nd Lawyer requested a appointment fee just to Meetup & discuss my case~ 3rd Was Jeff Higgins...WoW! When I spoke on the phone with Jeff several times on my arrest thier was a comfort & assurance he could represent me at a fair cost~ Jeff always reciprocated via text or answered & gave insight on my several concerns on my calls Moving forward before even hiring & paying Jeff he called Me twice to inform me they dropped all my felonies & with 2 misdemeanors only in which we discussed forthcoming ... They sent me mail for another person in an entirely different city with a completely different DOB saying I was arrested for battery on the 10th and gave a spiel about how “this could ruin my life” which seems innately predatory considering the wording and phrasing they used in said mail. Scammers often use urgency to make a person feel pressured into becoming a scam victim without them being any wiser by circumventing any possibility for rational thinking by saying you have a finite amount of time before major, life altering consequences occur. I ended up looking up the person who the mail was for and he was indeed arrested for battery but I’m not him nor do I appreciate spam mail from a company who isn’t competent enough to find the correct address of the person they’re soliciting, especially considering it’s public record and their entire profession and basis for their business. If these guys are lawyers I’d steer clear because if they lack the basic, fundamental understanding of reading through arrest records so much so that they send mail to the wrong person when two people share vaguely similar yet extremely common names I’d imagine they’d be great at accidentally leaking your personal information to the wrong people with 0 due diligence regarding retrieving proper credentials and would also show up to court with a portfolio for an entirely different person. The fact I’ve never used their “services” yet am getting spam in my mail box for another person entirely shows me why I and anyone who’s considering them should refrain from using their services AT ALL. In response to the owners reply: If this company representing people thinks their company is a meme then that’s fine and I guess you’re entitled to feel however you want. I personally wouldn’t want someone who thinks the legal system is a joke or someone who’s claiming they have the technological knowhow to have an automated system send mail on their behalf but aren’t able to tell said system to distinguish addresses to represent me in court but again I’m not here to control what people do nor do I believe in doing that, I’m just here spreading awareness on an issue I’ve had prior to even contacting this business. Through all negotiations I never had to appear in court. I was offered a decent deal from the start and a second offer that was even better. I told Mr Higgins what was important to me and he secured me a verdict that fit my needs . Don't bother looking any place else or spending a ton of money. Jeff gets results and the problems go away.
