05/22 Excited to begin my journey with this firm after reading amazing reviews. Eager to meet Freddy, who seems vital to their team. 04/23 Deeply disappointed. Paralegals constantly quit, I cannot keep up with new names. I'm always reaching out, they never contact me. After speaking with the lawyer today, I discovered I'm back at square one. Previous paralegals gave me inaccurate information about my case before they left. 08/23 Monthly calls now. Still waiting on bills and doctors notes. I sometimes forget I have legal representation. 12/24 Unresolved. Four steps forward, two steps back. My new paralegal gets offended whenever I ask about my case. Beyond dissatisfied. MAY 2025: Still waiting. Firm seems more supportive now. Hoping for the best. DECEMBER 2026 Final: I cannot recommend this firm. Greeted by someone in pajamas day one. Four years of constant paralegal turnover. Took three years to locate Defendants insurance. Lawyer Travis gave zero deposition preparation, just "be honest." Received disappointing settlement with no empathy, ignoring my permanent scar and lost job. Left in tears after begging for consideration. No apology. This firm lacks ethics and treats clients as assets. Go elsewhere. I beg of you. In summary: If you want attorneys who truly care and will fight tooth and nail for you, look elsewhere. This firm lacks compassion, and you will regret choosing them just like I did.
