Mr. Kaplen took my case on after I suffered an injury on my job. Since it was a city job the case took a few years to resolve but he and his assistant keep in touch with me along the way. I was very happy with the results of my case. Also, while waiting for my case to be resolved my niece was involved in a car accident. Mr. Kaplen took on her case too with a very favorable outcome for her as well. I would highly recommended this law firm.

After my husband had fallen and was diagnosed with a TBI, it became an entirely different life for all of us. His memory, confusion, temperament has changed so much for us, needing to learn how to deal with in a different way from here on out. It changed for his family and friends yet for him has been much more troublesome. Finding there is little support out there for TBI patients, it's been a trial and error path with little resources to help answer questions and help us find our way. We have received a card with his information for being a TBI patient, which can aid in the community understanding why he may get into unusual situation, all at no cost.
