Wish I could give this business a 10 star rating for the level of service my wife and I experienced. After finding the love of my life and getting married, I deeply feared that we could be potentially separated due to her immigration status. The year of 2022 started with tremendous stress for my whole family. In the middle of green card application process, we suddenly realized that My wife and daughter had fallen out of H4 status for more than a year. Then we found Leo and Bernadette. We had to admit that we were attracted by the funny videos Leo posted on YouTube. With an hour of consultation and the follow-up detailed homework done by Leo and Bernadette, we figured out the complex situation where we were in. After signing the contract, they developed a clear strategy to move our case forward. Specifically, they gave us a long list of very specific questions and asked us to answer with as much details as possible. While they had their busy schedule, we really appreciated that they could accelerate the process of our case given the deadlines we had. After several back-and-forth revisions, we finally managed to submit our Nunc Pro Tunc documents to USCIS arguing that falling out of status was a combination of various factors beyond our control. In early September, the green cards came to our mail box! In the whole process, Leo and Bernadette always kept us informed and gave us objective assessments of the situation. While they were always reasonably optimistic about our case, they also explicitly explained the risks, and potential remedies in case the risks are realized.
