Bottom line of my experience with Dean is out of ten he gets a twelve, yep 12, he's that good.Dean represented me as I was in a no fault of my own auto accident with injuries. Each step of this process was something entirely new to me and Dean always was available as the entire process was more than a year long and on the occasions when I had to leave a message my call was always promptly returned and my questions always explained in easy to understand language.
