I don’t know where to begin, but I’ll start by saying Mr. Chase Dearman is indisputably the best lawyer in the city of Mobile. I will go as far as saying the best in the whole state of Alabama. I felt like the odds were kind of stacked against me in a situation where I was treated like a criminal from day 1, when I was in fact a victim. I was hit with a felony charge in the second degree, and according to the judge, I could have faced 20 years in prison. During trial, Mr. Dearman exposed the lies of the people that had accused me of a crime and on the last day of trial, Mr. Dearman delivered a closing argument that was so powerful, compelling, and truthful that the jury rendered an unanimous NOT GUILTY verdict within 5 minutes. Do NOT retain Chase for a Federal case. He appeared competent on State level and expected a favorable outcome. As soon as the Feds took over the case he folded like a paper bag. He took the money and threw in the towel on the first court appearance. HE PUT UP NO FIGHT! A public defender would have worked harder than he did. No confidence in him. He is NOT who you want for a Federal case.

After hiring this law firm to fight a case for us we were highly disappointed at the results. We spent a lot of money only to end up getting handed off. Now we’re out of money and a lot of wasted time. This law firm may have worked out for others but unfortunately it did not work out for us .
