Very helpful and nice when my husband passed away and I needed help navigating things.
Would not recommend for a tenant lawyer. Michael Decker has had poor communication through my entire process. Beginning with having to constantly ask for the link to pay, to obtain him as my lawyer. He stated he charged $250/hour. Michael did not represent me. He took my money, never filed with the courts that he was representing me. Charged me $750 because “he forwarded messages.” When the original agreement was that he would charge per hour, not per message. He didn’t even know that the courts entered a judgment against me. Please do yourself a favor and do not bother. If I could rate 0/5 I would give him a 0.
