Worst people I ever dealt with in my life insulting slandering calling me names tell me I'm mentally incompetent. I just buried my husband and my father and the date has happened was the third anniversary of my husband's passing. They do not know what they're doing or talking about they keep saying things that I was there five times I was there twice I spoke to the attorney on the phone told him what to put on there to changes and he said he never talked to me. I didn't even want to put one star actually going to a lawyer for slander call somebody mental and ask me if somebody's influencing to me with my last will and testament and talking about me and ripping the paper out of my hand her name is Nicole do not use this Law Firm I don't care what they say you don't call people names I had a major stroke on my brain 18 years ago I know what I'm doing they don't know what they're doing because I changed my mind a couple times about my last will and testament that does make does not make me mentally incompetent don't call a person that that's slander I called my sister she was very upset over this and I also told my husband's best friend he is also very upset over this I've been Warriors all my life and I worked at Lankenau hospital I am not an idiot help daredem call me names and pull a paper out of my hand yes I'm very upset they almost gave me another stroke yesterday the way they treated me my husband was not only my husband he was my best friend and I'm still grieving over him I have no children I have no one and you treat a person like that. I'm actually going to report them to the board that's how mental I am I am not mental are you perfectly stable I also watched them holler at two men telling them telling the receptionist woman I'm an angry tone not taking their case anymore get them out of here in a loud tone how they speak to people the two men walk through out is a disgrace

These guys tried their best to sue me, they made false claims for the amount of medical their client got and then got snooty with me when I pointed it out. I single handedly crushed them in arbitration with no representation no lawyer, just me myself and I. What a win and a major L for them, they could not handle what I was bringing to the table. LOL

Very difficult to get ahold of when working for you. Took weeks , almost months at a time between phone calls and emails. Would not recommend them at all.

I honestly would never recommend Nicholas Palazzo to anyone it took him a year to let me know any information on my case just told me to keep going to The chiropractor who they’re also in connects with called Healthbridge chiropractor !!! Then after tells me I have no case nobody seem to have insurance meanwhile I’m still in pain after a year no MRI no injection no EMG was done and also went through my insurance which my vehicle was not involved in this car accident I happened to be a passenger in someone else’s vehicle so Don’t waste ya time !!! basically they’re scammers and don’t care about anyone’s wellbeing or injuries. Takes them almost a month to call you back even after speaking to receptionist and she says the same thing ! will make sure he gives you a call before the day is out never happened

I have experienced the big Center City Law practices one time in my life, so I'm not speculating, when it comes to the comparison. Do yourself a favor and go with Defino Law, over the Center City conglomerates. Size is not always better, and Defino Law, will prove this, if you allow them to represent you. Defino's slogan, their are no back door deals, which is totally Irrelevant, pertaining to the so called experts of the major Center City firms with glorious names of (something and something and something and something.) Those forms shadiness is the names. Partners Partners and more partners along with their bullpen the and the so called Elite, when addressing the partners of the firm. I will take Defino Law eight days a week compared to the so called legal Giants, after all, I want the attorney that's understanding to your needs, not the attorneys that fail the humane test, therefore, the results will be much more rewarding, and in choosing Defino Law Practices, you will be Rewarded, mentally, physically, and financially.
