Scheduled a consultation for a phone call days in advance, but they did not call me. I ended up calling them, letting them know I had an appointment and was waiting. I was put on hold until someone came on to tell me that they tried calling me on a different day from what was scheduled. I checked and did not receive any messages or voicemails from them for that day... They were not able to help me in the end, and did not receive a good first impression. Edit: Edited to include screenshots of our scheduled consultation confirmation they sent me. As you can see, I got an email 9 minutes after my consultation was supposed to start that it was cancelled. Not sure why they included those claims in their reply to this review. I was a potential client. I decided to bump the stars down from two to one since their response to my initial review is weird and dishonest.

My experience with this firm was somewhat disappointing. From the beginning, the information I received was neither clear nor precise. They didn't clearly explain the procedures or the steps to follow, which caused a lot of confusion. When you tried to get more information or clarify questions, there was simply no one to help you, or they took a long time to help. It seemed that once you landed a client, customer service and follow-up were no longer a priority. I wouldn't recommend them if you're looking for responsible advice and clear communication.
