David is a beast! This is my second time using him and he is the best attorney in Lake County. I will continue to use David and his team for anything I need and highly recommend him. I had the unfortunate experience of working with Fiona McCormick. My experience with her as my attorney was literally worse than I could have imagined. Initially she produced an error laced copy and paste job allocation judgement that had completely wrong amounts of support based on what I ended up having to pay. Secondly, the moment I was confused and ask questions about the documents and what my options were if I changed my mind she withdrew from my case THE DAY BEFORE I was to appear in court for the first time. She showed up to court just to quit and told the judge she couldnt work with me. She and the opposing attorney were literally scolded by the judge because it was obvious neither of them had worked our our case at all and showed up to court completely unprepared. The mediation document presented to the court was even wrong or not signed properly. After all this and quitting on me, she sent me an email for another bill for alleged "work" she had already done. Threatened file a motion to make me pay. So I ended up paying this attorney like 4-5k just to quit on me and do nothing else. My new attorney expressed some confusion at the shoddy work she had done and had to correct things and got a deal done for me after just a couple of court dates with far more reasonable terms by actually doing his job and working with the other attorney. I recommend staying away from this firm and Ms. McCormick. My experience working with them is they have very low morals and ethics and will quit on you if you have any questions or dare to change your mind about anything.

David is an excellent lawyer. He took the time to explain things when needed. He responded quickly to emails or calls. He understood my situation and fought hard for my family and I. When I was going through my divorce a friend recommended David Del Re to me! She said he was the best, and he truly is THE BEST! He faught hard for me and especially faught hard for the best interest of my son! His staff was always friendly, prompt and handled everything with a sense of urgency. This office has consistently sent me documents with spelling errors, incorrect dates, and even incorrect amounts for over 5 years. David Del Re Law group is amazing. I can't say enough wonderful things about him, his staff and the way he executes himself in court. He is prepared! The judge didn't have some documents in the court file. However, David had them readily available for her on the spot!!! I have dealt with several lawyers in my years but I honestly believe his group is top notch. Ours was a adoption case. Of course I had many questions and emailed them to his assistant Courtney. She is prompt with all replies so is David. The entire team put our fears to rest. I couldn't hold back the tears of joy as hard as I tried to stay composed. Our family was blessed with the final adoption of our daughter. The Judge was incredibly thorough as she should be. In the end the Judge even insisted we all take a picture inside the courtroom though she normally doesn't allow it she said. We asked if she would be in it and she graciously said " of course". David handed his phone to the Baliff and he was kind enough to take a picture with David, our family and the Judge. David sent it directly to my email. That gesture alone speaks volumes for the compassion and concern he has for his clients. So, a HUGE thank you from the bottom of the Mitchell families hearts!!! What a great team you have there!!!
