This was not my first case of it's kind that I've had to hire an attorney for. While they did get the job done, for what I paid (more than double what I paid my previous attorney who also got the job done), I expected a better experience. After all, I did call around and they were a good bit more expensive than other attorneys that quoted my case - I just simply thought I would get what I paid for. As stated in someone else's review, the communication and follow ups (or lack thereof) could have been a good deal better. I had to call them to handle things that my previous attorney did proactively. The younger gentleman who works as an assistant (long red hair) is condescending at times when on the phone and being asked simple and fair questions. At one point Mr. Edwards made a negative remark for having to handle an issue concerning me being penalized for something they did not do - something my last attorney handled proactively. All in all, everything was taken care of, I do however feel I could've been put more at ease through "customer service", especially considering the larger price tag. The one negative remark really did it for me or else I would have given 3/5 MAYBE 4 stars. 2/5 stars.
