This review is overdue. Let me start by saying Chad and his assistant Amanda did an AMAZING job with my case. They turned a situation that could have been much worse into a respectable settlement on my behalf. Little did I know that I would greatly need those funds coming up shortly after. He even got the medical cost owed down for me. They were nothing short of a blessing. I simply forgot to leave a review until I realized how badly I needed this and was blessed by them. I wouldn’t recommend Chad Delventhal! The combination of unauthorized signatures on official documents was forged without my consent. The service provided was not satisfactory; I submitted all the necessary evidence for my case. Made it easy for him. After waiting almost three years, I received only the bare minimum. Save yourself some time and find a better option elsewhere! Response to owner Chad Delventhal clearly exhibits delusional behavior. Yes, I did file with the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission. I reluctantly agreed to settle because I overheard Chad Delventhal (lawyer) and the mediator (who remains unnamed) discussing my case outside the mediation room as if I wasn't present. They were talking about what should and should not happen regarding my case, suggesting that they had a plan in place before I even arrived. This made me very uncomfortable—I felt like I needed to leave, and it was clear that my voice didn't matter. Let's address Chad Delventhal (lawyer), who arrived at mediation claiming he had Wi-Fi and computer issues. However, he also stated that he conducts mediation at that location frequently. He claimed he did not have any of the videos, pictures, or documentation related to my accident. As a result, I had to resend everything to him during the mediation—this was highly unprofessional! When I returned a month later, after the settlement agreement, to collect my settlement funds, he told me the money had to sit in a trust account for a month. The payment was made days after my case settled, yet I found myself waiting a month for my funds. When I did return, his team presented me with a letter that bore my signature, which was unauthorized—clearly a forged signature by someone in his office who notarized it, using identical handwriting as the forged signature. The notary’s information is included in the documents I possess. All of this was decidedly unethical! Reflecting on the situation, it’s evident that I was outnumbered by a team familiar with each other, who exploited the situation to their advantage. I was asked to provide the last five years of my history, yet the team went back over 15 years. I was charged for stamps and envelopes, and faced additional fabricated fees that resulted in more than half of my settlement being taken away. There was no discussion with me about these actions. Ultimately, I see this as a tough lesson learned—an injustice. I have moved on in my life and hope that others don't experience a similar situation. Hence, I’m sharing my experiences with the office of Chad Delventhal.

They made sure I had a voice and made sure I was heard! If it was not for Amanda Berz and Chad Delventhal I probably would’ve pushed to the bottom of the basket of some medical records in the company I worked for and been out of a job, but they made sure I was taken care of and if you need help I would highly recommend them!
