I cannot recommend Demas Law Group highly enough! Erik Gutierrez and his team handled my personal injury case after an automobile accident, and it was anything but straightforward. The at-fault driver’s insurance paid quickly, but my injuries far exceeded her policy limits. While I had uninsured motorist coverage, my own insurance company refused to make it easy—they dragged their feet and fought every step of the way. This case took years of persistence, strategy, letters, depositions, and countless phone calls. Honestly, I was close to giving up at times. But Erik never did. He kept fighting on my behalf and ultimately secured policy limits for me. He and his team even negotiated down some of my medical bills so that more of the settlement went into my pocket.
