I was in a car accident in July 2025. It wasn’t extremely major, but I did suffer injuries to my neck and lower back. At first, I was very hesitant about contacting a lawyer because I didn’t want to deal with extra stress or complications. After some convincing from my husband and seeing commercials and reviews, I decided to move forward and was assigned to attorney Christian Lexima. Our initial phone conversation was very informative, and I felt comfortable enough to proceed. I provided all requested information and followed all instructions given to me to help move the process along. However, over time, communication started to decline. There would be months where I would not hear anything about my case. Because of the lack of communication and uncertainty, I became skeptical and even skipped a medical appointment because I was afraid of being stuck with unnecessary medical expenses, even though I was still experiencing significant pain. As of now, it is January, and the last communication I had was on December 29th. I recently had to pay my outstanding emergency room bill myself after receiving multiple notices. I am still hoping to get answers and clarity about the status of my case.
