STAY AWAY FROM THIS CON-ARTIST FIRM.!!!! 8 month with Fox and not one question about my case was ever asked.! Completely screwed up my SSI and took no responsibility. They failed after 8 months to get my medical records because their paralegals are completely incompetent.! Every time I talked to Mr. Fox he was belittling and talked down to me even for asking questions.! I had to Fire this firm 4 days before my disability hearing with the judge because Mr Fox knew nothing about my case and what I had been through, he had a million excuses why he couldn't answer the most basic questions about my case.! After I fired Fox they game me a hard drive with all my files and what they filed with the court and 80% was completely wrong or missing critical medical records.! Thank god I fired them before my court date..! I can not stress this enough stay away from this firm..! instead of helping and elevating stress all they did was cause stress for 8 months.! Every other disability firm has a BBB accreditation there is a big reason Fox is not.!!!!

Avoid this lawyer like the plague! WORST demeanor EVER! Dennis Fox was incredibly condescending and verbally abusive to me the only time I’ve spoken to him-which was simply a phone call to ask for information about getting on disability. He ridiculed my past, despite not even knowing me, or all that I’ve been through physically. What a first class jerk! I supposedly have been assigned some female lawyer to handle my case, yet, I’ve NEVER spoken to this person, let alone have her even contact me! I ALWAYS have to deal with my so-called “case worker,” who literally has zero clue about how this entire process works. She told me I was supposed to receive a bunch of important paperwork from Social Security over 2 weeks ago. When I called her yesterday, she blew it off, and said “well, it’s probably just sitting on someone’s desk. I don’t know what to tell you.” This law firm is not only extremely rude, they NEVER return voicemails either! I’ve left countless voicemails trying to stay on top of my case, with my so-called “case-worker,” and she ignores all my voicemails. It’s been almost 1 year since they received all my paperwork that took me 2 weeks to fill out for social security. I’ve never once been contacted by my supposed lawyer, and never hear from anyone else who’s been assigned to my case. This whole office is CORRUPT! STAY AWAY!!!

I have time blindness so it's hard for me to realize that balls have been dropped. Jennifer went with me to a court hearing, made me do ALL the talking(I have mental issues that make that hard) and never updated me or contacted me. I had to contact her and she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about! Then I realized a WHOLE YEAR had passed with no contact and discovered the case was closed. I've given them my address like four times and they still can't seem to get it right to send me whatever forms they want filled out. Absolutely distressing and anxiety inducing.

I went here to fill out my paperwork for disability. The ladies in this office were a big help and very courteous. I was very impressed by the way I was treated.

If zero was an option I’d select that. Dennis is an incompetent lawyer. Wasted years of my life and got me nothing. Thank you for using the medical evidence in court that would have won the case. If you use this lawyer. You’ve been warned. He is a bad lawyer

Not nice at all. The secretary was rude. Dennis was also very rude when he called back. All I wanted was information.

Was my attorney years ago. Won my case. Dennis is the best. Goes out of his way to win your cases. Does not give up on you. I have referred many close friends and family to him. Thank you Dennis!
