Have not heard from anyone in months regarding my case- tried calling multiple times and cannot get anyone on the phone to give me any updates. Horrible customer service.

BEWARE!!! This firm helped me with a claim in 2022 and now in 2025 I have a lien out for 5K + a third party company garnishing my retired mothers wages because they didn’t pay the bill from the initial night of my accident. I called asking for legal guidance several times in the process and the receptionist just says there’s nothing they can do. I would highly recommend Mark Blackwell instead, he gave me guidance for free despite never even touching my case.
