Mr Hays and staff were amazing from start to finish. The whole process went smoothly. They walked me and my wife through the process flawlessly. I must say, thank God I did choose them. Not only that they are conveniently located near where I live, but they are very informative and helpful. Thanks to my friend who referred me to them for my accident last year and for my daughter's as well. Mr. Derek will give you great explanations and examples for you to be able to understand the process and what is going on about your case. Not only that, they will give you an update as soon as they received new information about your case as well and what to expect. He will call you and talk to you directly!! How AWESOME is that!! <3 :D Hands down to all of them, Mr. Derek, Ms. Ansley and Ms. Lisa. They are all great people and definitely will keep them in mind! :)

I got into a car accident about a year ago which cause a huge inconvenience in my life. A friend if mine referred me to Derek Hays and I can honestly say that was the best decision ever!
