terrible experience, terrible communication, deriso made his appearance on my case and his communication sucks. Needed a refund for him not showing up to my court date, it’s been about 2/3 months now and i still never received my money back from them i would not recommend them if they were the last “law group” on this earth!! Was told my refund was overnighted to my address, they said no one was there to sign so they changed it to “ no signature needed” so i waited another 5 days to be cool and still nothing. i was supposed to meet with this lady today for my refund and she told me she was running late while i waited for her for 40 minutes. I texted her 3 times within 10 minutes and she told me my messages came through late and she claimed she couldn’t wait for me, i will be taking them to court
