This law office is definitely a joke. Just like another individual posted, record and keep track of all paperwork. That still won’t matter, because they will lose track of payments and claim you didn’t pay and then send you an invoice months later claiming they did extra work, resulting in additional payments. When questioned about their own ledger not making sense, they tried to say it was double due to two parties involved. What makes that claim even more bogus, is on the same ledger, it listed that both parties split the fees listed. After some back and forth emails, they essentially claimed that two attorneys worked on the case causing the hourly rate to be 650.00 an hour. My response to that is WOW!!! If you’re seeking assistance from this office, tread lightly and do your research.

My wife and I are referred to this law firm through CLC for a free consultation. We set up a time to meet with Attorney Donald Nevard and we were told we needed to return to meet with their other attorney, Jerry Sepkowitz, who specialized in our issue. Now we are being billed and harassed for this free consultation and a second consultation that we were told we needed to return for. This joke of a law firm will commit fraud, so be sure to record and get evidence of any agreement made or not made.

Done buisness here a while and they have always exceeded my expectations!

Jerry sepkowitz is a great lawyer. He is great at so many venues of knowing the law. I appreciate him in every way. I would reccomend him to any one.

I retained 1 of the lawyers from this firm and got absolutely nothing done. I was repeatedly told they were working on a letter for three months that never got finished. They did return my retainer but I lost the time and for that I got a I’m sorry.
