I would totally recommend Desert Disability to anyone that is having issues with getting help with SSI or SSDI. I couldn't of asked for a better set of ppl to handle my case from start to finish . They never gave up on me or my case. They were very helpful, helped with any questions or concerns that I may have need answers. They always responded to every email or text or voicemail that I left and if they couldn't get back with me. I appreciated the intake process and initial validation that my case was worth filing. Charity filed my claim electronically, followed up as she could, and corrected several missteps that I would have made had I filed myself. She was also able to contact my examiner when an incorrect physician office was listed on my claim, saving lots of time and miscommunication. She answered questions regarding what I can expect moving forward once my claim was settled. She made the process much more expeditious for me.

I was at the border of giving up as you probably know that the government is asking for so much information it drives you insane but not when you have Charity all along encourage you to not give up. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Desert Disability. The whole team is awesome, professional and responsive to our questions. They were compassionate through all of our emotional and financial stress when my husband became very ill leading to his becoming disabled and losing his income. Charity Turner was especially thoughtful and caring during the entire process. I am sure it's just another day in the office for them, however, what they provide is not just their high level of professional expertise with your disability case but much kindness and patience while you are going through life altering changes that you didn't see coming.

I hired desert disability approximately 3 years ago. It's been an extremely long process. I firmly believe they should write a book "Disability for Dummies" because most don't understand the process. Most of us are suffering, uncertain, and unhealthy. Most people including myself wonder if were going to make it to a favorable decision. The whole team from onboarding to decision was amazing especially Charity Turner and when I got unnecessarily nervous Jeffrey Herman himself who "talked me off the ledge" at least twice. My friends and family just didn't understand and often critiqued the process, and I felt my condition. When I received my award recently several people were aghast. I was finally able to let the numbers speak for themselves showing years of very hard work that led to my condition. The other day I got the call from Charity in which I had a very favorable decision. It's been a week and I'm still numb, but the bills are paid, and the pressure is off and i can finally focus on my health and life itself.
