retained this attorney for a motor vehicle accident case and provided independent surveillance video footage from a nearby business showing the collision. The footage shows the timing of both vehicles entering the intersection and supports that the other driver entered late and failed to yield. Despite this evidence, the attorney chose to withdraw from the case, stating he could not convince a jury that the other driver ran a red light. While I understand that attorneys must evaluate trial risk, I was disappointed that the case was dropped without fully advocating for how the surveillance video could be used to argue liability, fault allocation, or pursue resolution outside of a jury trial. I felt the decision focused more on avoiding argument than on representing my position. Communication after that decision was limited, and I was left to navigate the insurance and liability issues on my own. Future clients may want to ask how disputed-liability cases with video evidence are handled before retaining this firm. this lawyer will not fight he wants easy wins only
