I will say that Sandra is the nastiest, rudest, and most condescending person I have spoken to to represent a law firm. Sandra hung up on me because I was asking questions about the alleged amount I owed. Not only did she hang up on me she refuses to answer the phone when I called back to rectify the issue at hand. It got so bad speaking with her that I wanted to speak with someone else to get the matter resolved. I see that quite a few people have had a negative interaction with her. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this law firm if you have to make contact with her. Sandra seems to be the common denominator with all of these negative reviews. Again, Sandra is the rudest person I've encountered in a long time..if I can give this firm a 0 review I would. Anyone that needs to make contact with this law firm good luck. Because she is absolutely horrible to encounter. She has to be a partners spouse or family member because there's no way this firm can't see the negative complaints on her. I did get a call back from a sweet lady named Stephanie that was able to help me out. She was awesome. Thanks Stephanie

Find any other lawyer! Deskevich was executor for my father’s estate due to a conflict of original executors. me & 1 of my brothers had issues concerning (conversations, updates paperwork & expenses/financials) on the estate. Front desk lady has a rude way about herself. He did not make it easy on my attorney as well. In my opinion, research attorneys and find another.

Sandra Quinn displayed very poor customer service.

Very disappointed. I called today and spoke with a very mean receptionist named Sandra, to see why I had a $5.55 toll violation and they are charging a $100 fee for the collection. She admitted that they had the incorrect address on my statement and she said that because I am verbally calling them that the statement had been properly sent. She said they will issue me a summons for court. I asked to speak with the partners of the firm, Mr. Deskevich, Mr. Gavin or Mr. Harris and she said I am not allowed to speak with them and refused to connect me to them and hung up on me. As a business owner with a 4.9 google rating with hundreds of reviews, this type of treatment is ruining the reputation of your personal injury law firm. Sandra, being the receptionist, by not properly transmitting communications to owners and threatening court summons is practicing law without a license. Enjoy your $100 and if I every need a personal injury attorney, I will never call you.

I was threatened with a court summons today by Sandra. She is mean and a bad representation of the company. She will not allow you to speak with the real lawyers, only threatens further legal action no matter their mistake. Seems they only seek to take advantage of their customers. Do NOT recommend if you want to deal with real professionals. Just look at the reviews, mostly 5 star reviews 5 to 6 years ago. Now, the new reviews show the real truth about this company, seems to be going downhill fast.

I just called and spoke to someone who answered the phone - I think her name was Melissa and she was very kind to me and helped me get to the correct person I needed to speak with. Thank you again !

This firm informs me of a collection but has yet to to give me a call back. The receptionist is no help at all & continues to let me know that she just answers the phone. She sends me to a voicemail box every time in which I leave a message but never hear anything back. I tried calling multiple times. Due to my failed attempts, I tried to take another route by leaving a message through their website. That didn’t work neither. I am absolutely convinced they just want to send me to court!

The staff is complete trash. The lady who answers the phone calls are completely garbage. She’s mad disrespectful, rude & doesn’t know how to conduct herself in a proper business, oriental fashion. She has the iq level of a 1st grader, I’ve met children that can fluently answer questions respectfully and quickly without getting mad. Do your job, all she doing is answering calls, pulling up accounts, and communicating to clients that needs more info. And she can’t even do that pure trash that needs to be thrown away and she knows exactly who I’m talking about. Not even worth the energy of 1 star you rude, worthless waste of time and life it’s self.

Professional, friendly, caring and concerned. Staff is top notch, surroundings lovely. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend.
