Take your case to a more transparent firm. I hired this immigration firm expecting professionalism, security, and peace of mind; unfortunately, I got the opposite. They are slow to send notifications. According to them, I didn't bring all my documents. They also say I was lucky, meaning they didn't do their job properly. They charged additional fees beyond the contract. No one knows anything when I ask a question. They wasted my time and added unnecessary stress to an already difficult process. The assistants never know anything because they want to charge you $150 for a consultation just to tell you what you already know. It was especially unprofessional, with multiple errors. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes, they expected me to pay for them, which I flatly refused. Their lack of accountability and poor communication were unacceptable. I could go on, but in short: save yourself the frustration and take your case elsewhere.

I recommend you bring time and patience because without an appointment you won't be seen. The receptionist will immediately reject you and just give you a card with phone numbers to call. Don't waste time trying to explain what you want or need to know because they'll just tell you to call the numbers on the card anyway...
