BEWARE THE HIDDEN REFERRAL FEE!! Dessausure Law Firm referred my mother to a different lawyer. And because of this simple redirection to another lawyer, Dessausure got a chunk of my mother's settlement. A referral fee is what it's called. This was not disclosed to my mother until she saw that it had already been taken out of her settlement. So she got to pay her lawyer plus a big chunk of money to Dessausure for a quick little phone call. I'm no lawyer, but per my research you have to disclose this to potential clients before hand. This did not happen at any point, and it seems extremely shady and money grabbing to me.

Unfortunately I have had three car accidents where I had to use an Attorney. The Dessausure Law Firm was by far the most professional and competent of the three firms. In fact I hired them to take over my case after receiving bad representation from another Attorney. Not only did they arrange for a settlement much greater then I expected, but they continued to work on my file and found additional monies six months later from other sources. Very thorough, professional and always returned my calls. I found the whole staff to be very professional, and would recommend them highly.

How can you evaluate someone/service/entity who you call multiple times and over three weeks and never receive a call back, spoke to Gregory multiple times in this office who was very professional and continued to advise me that I would be "moved up in the line"? If there is an existing line of order, its because the group doesn't respond! So, I evaluate this attorney/office by leaving him a social media blitz of poor review and advisement to potential folks who seek "legal" advice, go elsewhere!
