I needed help with a legal problem and found the legal team of Dessy and Dessy to be very professional and thorough. I highly recommend them for your legal needs.

I'm wondering how they are even providing services when they are not accredited by the bbb. They were hired by our landlords to evict us for unpaid rent we received the court documents Wich were very sloppy and contradicting and for some reason when I look up the case number (because none of the paperwork has a court date on it) the case number on the paperwork is non existent..seems very shady to me. I have also been informed that they have been reported to the state bar. Watch out...!!

Their website states they represent landlord AND tenant law..... not accurate! I called and the receptionist said they do not represent tenants.

Called to see if they can handle my property issue with the neighbor and the receptionist said she needed a name to make sure there no conflicting interest I said I don't have there name I don't know them I just know there address and she's was like well you have to figure that out yourself very unhelpful

Ron Dessy has been extremely helpful in a real estate matter that my mother in law has had questions on. He took his personal time to explain the situation in a clear manner so that she would have a better understanding. I have purchased a house with horrible tenants living in it. They did not pay rent for more than $9000. They took me to court to get a restraining order but their request was denied. They gave me a notice that they will move out and they did not move out. They cost me not only the unpaid rent loss also legal fees just to prove that I have done nothing wrong. Their attorney, disputed their handwritten notice to vacate. The most obvious document and easy to find out it was valid. Stay away from crooks!
