I have been beyond impressed with the representation Tikkun and his partners have provided. He has been patient and compassionate while handling a difficult legal situation. I’ve found Tikkun to be responsive and knowledgeable, and would recommend him to anyone seeking representation in estate matters.

Absolutely lousy representation for our father’s estate. Tikkun Gottschalk did not show up for a hearing, has dragged the case out for two years, caused several delays, and now the court has given our case to a different attorney due to his apparent incompetence. Claimed he did not know what the court needs to close the case. Appointed attorney figured out what was needed to close the case in 5 days. Don’t know if it was apathy or total incompetence. Inexcusable either way.
