Tried to hire Bill Molinsky for a civil case. Got his name from a family member that knows him. Communication was little to none. FACTS: Friday Oct.14, 2022, I visited with him on the phone about the possible case, he told me to email him my case information so I did at 10:35am. On the following Tuesday, Oct. 18th, late afternoon, I called to make sure he had received my email since I had not heard anything back and ask what he thought and he told me 'yes you have a case but I am about to leave for the day, I will call you tomorrow'. On Oct. 25th at 3:35p, I sent an email since I had not heard from him from our phone call on the 18th and never received a response. DUE TO LACK OF COMMUNICATION from Mr Molinsky I assumed he did not want my case or money so On November 1st, 2022, at 1:11p I sent Mr. Molinsky an email that said 'I appreciate your time to review this matter. However, I will not need you to go forward with a case. Thank you,' and at 1:12p, just one minute later, he responded with 'Ok'. I mean, two weeks, twelve business day of wasted time. Just tell me you don't want to take my case and I could have moved on a lot quicker.
