I feel as this firm is lacking in professionalism, communication and organization. I contacted them in April of 2025 and after talking to Nate and his assistant bailey. I was told that all they need to do is contact a DR or two to see if they would have given me an X-ray. Nate said "you obviously have life changing effects from your malpractice and we just need to get their approval and see what they would have done in my scenario." they asked me to come bring by all of my paperwork which I did that very same day. A month went by and I reached out to them and they had LOST MY PAPERWORK! no one reached out to me in anyway. After I got a hold of them they said "they hadn't received it" and after a few hours went I received a phone call and wouldn't you know it they found it. The firm said they were sorry and would be back in touch on 2 business days max. Well I should have known that wouldn't be true as I later on had to reach out to them again. Finally after all of this Bailey calls me to say that Nate talked to the other lawyers and decided they wouldn't make enough money and that was that. I feel like this did not need to take over a month for them to tell me this information and he should have just said that from the beginning.

Walter represented me in a medical malpractice case. My wife and I immediately felt good about him. He was always professional and polite. He was really good about educating us on the situation and explaining things for us in a way that didn't feel condescending at all. We settled the case before we went to trial and felt very good about everything Walter was able to do for us. We felt like he cared, and just overall was a very nice, genuine guy who was there to help us in matters we were not capable of doing ourselves. Walter called when he had questions about details to make sure he had it right, so he could be as prepared as possible. He worked very hard on my case and was very well educated in his field.
