Update: why you have to lie to the public make yourself and your staff look good. These reviews are based on whe.ln you first start cause y’all ask people to give you all five stars do I need to post the form to this Google review. You was not doing anything and if I’m the paying client you right it is about me cause I hired you to do the job that you didn’t do right. This is an updated from 2 months ago when I started with them. So the 5 stars I gave previously was because they ask you to rate 5 stars when starting and they will pay your $40. At first they was nice but now that has change since I filed. Every time I call Tina is very rude I let it slide a few times but this time I’m over it. This time she hung up on me in my face this morning cause I called after still waiting a return call from 3 days ago. I knew these 5 star review was bogus and to good to be true I told her I know I can fire the attorney and get another one and she said do you what you got to do and hung up cause she tired of me. The customer service is horrible. Mr. George is nice but that Tina is very rude but his customer service is no better cause if you not going to return my call why I’m paying you. But since Tina said do what you got to do I most definitely will. You charging all this money and can’t communicate with your clients that’s not good customer service.
Very weird situation because Ms. Carter and myself were able to work together toward getting her case confirmed and the last time I called her to discuss her case she only wanted to talk about her and my receptionist having a disagreement. She wouldn't discuss the details of getting her plan confirmed and said she would send me an email. Later that day I received an email terminating my services as her attorney. The vast majority of my clients leave rave reviews for Ms. Tina, and she has worked for me for over 20 years, but I guess all of us have an occasional person we can't work with. As Ms. Carter stated, her and I never had any problems working together, and I wish her all success with her new counsel.

I had used Mr dezenberg back in early 2000's he was wonderful and easy to talk to. His staff was so helpful I decided to use them again for this chapter 13. Nothing has changed they are still a wonderful group to work with.
