I don't know if it's the same Diana Hathaway, but she helped me and got the charges against me dropped.
Diana is an excellent lawyer. She was assigned to my case by the state, and she and her team always answered my questions whenever I needed them. She always told me things as they were and what could happen. She was always very honest; she tells you things as they are and the truth. She'll never tell you what you want to hear. Thank God she was able to help me, and I highly recommend her. If I could give more stars, I would gladly do so. 😊🙌🏼

She was very rude and wouldn't let me present my case. I had already made two inquiries, one by phone and one in person, and when she looked at me, she said, "I already spoke with you on the phone," as if she didn't have time. The entire consultation was very uncomfortable; she was in a hurry to finish talking and kept saying, "We can discuss the same thing all day," in a sarcastic way.

Honestly, we had a very detailed conversation about your brother's case on the phone, and I answered every question you asked that day. I explained the complexity of the case and everything that could happen depending on the information in the reports. Later, you insisted on having another conference call about the same thing we had already discussed. You brought other family members along without explaining what we had already talked about on the phone. It's frustrating, and I do my best in every case. I know I didn't tell you everything you wanted to hear, but I prefer to be honest about the type of case and the difficulties each case may present, especially with the issues in this one. Each of you had the opportunity to ask more questions, and I answered each one. I'm not a rude person, but I also don't want to waste my time or yours. Diana came highly recommended but her employee was disrespectful. I would not recommend her services at all. The initial service I received was inadequate.
