Going through the Disability process is very frustrating, and it's easy to see why people sometimes give up. I gave Diana a call and set up an appointment. She immediately explained the process and was very up front about the amount of time that was sometimes required to get a favorable outcome. We never really discussed a non-favorable outcome, but she said it was always possible. With each Denial she jumped right on what we needed to do to appeal. The last hearing with the Judge, I have to admit I was a little nervous, But she gave a great opening statement, and I immediately felt like this is it, it's going to go my way. And it Did!! Thank God I trusted her when she told me we had a strong case and not to give up. I would recommend Diana to anyone who is applying for Social Security Disability Benefits.

Drove an hour to go to this lawyer with my 70 year old mom with Parkinson's. Door was locked. Appointment was at 1. Rang the doorbell several times and no one answered and we never heard it so we thought it was broken. Was freezing outside. My mom asked me to knock. As we get back in our cars she comes out screaming at 1:15 that she was on the phone with a federal judge. Cancels our appointment and refuses to see my mom then slams and locks her door. Absolutely rude, hateful and crazy. If you don't want to be disturbed put up a sign. We thought the bell was broken. Do NOT USE.
