Mr. Davis: You are correct. You called on 2/1/24 and left a VM and as of 2/13/24 I had not had a chance to call back. I apologize for the delay but sometimes it is unavoidable. I have been in hearings much of the last two weeks and preparing for hearings next week. As I represent clients in multiple jurisdictions sometimes several jurisdictions schedule hearings during the same week. I hope your can understand that when a client is scheduled for a hearing that they may have been waiting for several years the existing client must be my first priority rather than scheduling new clients. I always tell my clients to be understanding of my ability to return calls as when it is their turn for a hearing they would want to be my first priority as well.
