Because the firm represents both landlords and tenants, many tenants that come to us often will not be considered for representation due to a conflict of interest. The firm has tried to be reasonable, investigate, and provide you with an explanation as to your experience. However, the firm cannot satisfy unreasonable expectations or claims. When a person uses the online form, such request for information is merely a solicitation by that person to the law firm. The online form is simply a solicitation for information from the law firm as to legal services provided. The firm has no obligation to accept solicitations as is stated clearly on the website’s disclaimers. The online form or using the website does not create any attorney-client privilege.
